Who this is

Claude with Nik is an independent service operated by a sole practitioner. This page explains what personal data is collected when you book and attend a session, and what is done with it.

What is collected

• Your name and email, which you provide when you book a session.
• Payment details, which are handled directly by Stripe. Card numbers are never seen or stored by me.
• Scheduling and call information, such as your chosen time and the video session itself.
• Enquiry details you submit through the contact form, namely your name, email, and the description of your project.

Who helps process it

A few trusted services make the booking, sessions, and contact form work. Each only receives what it needs:

• Cal.com handles scheduling and the booking widget.
• Stripe handles payments.
• Google Meet hosts the video sessions.
• Resend delivers the email notification and your confirmation message when you use the contact form.
• Neon securely stores contact-form enquiries.
• Vercel hosts the website.

Your data is never sold or rented to anyone.

Cookies

The Cal.com booking widget may set cookies needed for scheduling to work. These are used to run the booking, not to track you across other sites.

How long it is kept

Your information is kept only as long as needed to deliver the coaching and to meet basic record-keeping obligations, then removed.

Your choices

You can ask to see what data is held about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, at any time. Just email nikola@reckit.io and it will be handled promptly.
