The short version
Claude Made Simple is an independent service operated by a sole practitioner. It offers 1:1 coaching on Claude and the wider Claude ecosystem, delivered live over video. By booking a session you agree to these terms.
What you get
A live, hands-on coaching session focused on getting Claude working around your real tools and workflows. Coaching is educational guidance. It is not legal, financial, medical, tax, or other professional advice, and it is not a substitute for advice from a licensed professional.
Results
I will do my best to help you get real value from every session, but outcomes depend on your own goals, effort, and circumstances, so specific results are not guaranteed. You are responsible for the decisions and actions you take based on what we cover.
AI tools
Coaching involves third-party AI tools such as Claude. AI can produce output that is wrong, incomplete, or out of date, so you should review and verify anything important before relying on it. I am not responsible for the output of AI tools or for changes to their availability, pricing, or features, which are outside my control.
Materials
Any templates, notes, or materials I share remain mine, and you get a personal, non-transferable license to use them for your own work.
Payments and refunds
Payment is taken at booking through Stripe. Cancellations, reschedules, and refunds are covered by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, my total liability to you for anything connected with a session is limited to the amount you paid for that session. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
