Rescheduling and cancelling
Life happens. You can reschedule or cancel a paid session for free as long as you give at least 24 hours notice before the start time. Just use the link in your booking confirmation, or email nikola@reckit.io.
Late cancellations and no-shows
Cancellations inside the 24-hour window, and missed sessions where you do not show up, are non-refundable, because the time was reserved for you. The free fit call, of course, costs nothing either way.
Not happy with a session
The promise is simple: you should leave your first session with at least one real workflow set up and working, or it is free. If a paid session did not deliver, email nikola@reckit.io within 7 days and I will make it right or refund you.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe.
