Cancel a booking within 14 days.

If you booked as a private individual you have 14 days to change your mind, with no reason needed. Tell us which booking, confirm it on the next step, and we email you an acknowledgement for your records.

Cancelling before the session means a full refund. What happens once the session has taken place is covered by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
